To qualify for an apartment at The Reserve, applicants must undergo a credit check, criminal background check, and rental history verification, along with income verification.
Do you allow pets?
At The Reserve, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly community! Dogs and cats are welcome, with a maximum of 3 pets per apartment. We understand that pets are family, and we want to make sure your furry friends feel right at home. We’re excited to have your pets join you here and look forward to seeing them enjoy our dog park and other pet-friendly amenities!
How much does it cost to have a pet?
To ensure a smooth move-in, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. This helps maintain our community’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort for all residents and their pets.
